Braden Lusk, President Dyno Nobel Americas. Dr. Lusk has over 20 years of experience in the mining and blasting industry with wide ranging expertise in blast optimization, fragmentation, and vibration.  Prior to joining Dyno Nobel, Dr. Lusk was Professor and Chair of Mining and Nuclear Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Jason Sexhauer, Senior Engineer at Stantec. Mr. Jason Sexauer has 19+ years of underground mining experience. He brings a background in supervising, resource development conversion, underground mine engineering, operations, and consulting, including technical and practical industrial projects at remote operations. 

Adam Orrock, Project Specialist at Stantec. Mr. Orrock assists with the preparation of feasibility studies, project scheduling, and cost analyses.  His experience is in underground operations and expertise with 3D design and scheduling.  

Todd Buschjost, Mining Engineer at Sandvik. Mr. Buschjost graduated from Missouri S&T with a BS in Mining Engineering. Todd has spent his career working on drill optimization projects in underground drill and blast projects, primarily in the United States.

James Kellestine, Underground Equipment Fleet Engineer & Product Manager at Dyno Nobel. Mr. Kellestine is a Mining Engineer with 16 years of experience in underground narrow vein and bulk mining environments. He has experience in mine operations, ground control and mine design.  

Tristan Worsey, Principal Consultant at DynoConsult. Mr. Worsey has over 10 years of experience in performing explosives and surface and underground mining engineering work.  His expertise includes drill and blast optimization, specialty blasting and equipment rescue, proximity blasting, training, and post-blast investigations.

Nathan Rouse, Principal Consultant at DynoConsult. Dr. Rouse has over 10 years of global experience in the mining and blasting industry with expertise in blast instrumentation and root cause analysis, optimization and auditing in surface and underground mines, vibration control, training, and expert witness work. 

Edward Wargem, Technical Consultant at DynoConsult. Mr. Wargem is a degree qualified Mine Engineer with 8 years’ experience in Underground Mining. He has expertise in short term scheduling, drill and blast design and all other key underground engineering roles. 

Russell Lamont, National Consulting Manager at DynoConsult. Mr. Lamont has 15 years of experience in operations and engineering management in the coal and aggregate industries, in both surface and underground applications. His expertise lies in overall operations management and operations optimization.

 
Scott Giltner, Principal Consultant at DynoConsult.  Dr. Giltner has worked in several countries including South Africa, Zimbabwe, Russia, Peru, Australia, Dominican Republic, and Canada.  His specialty area is blast optimization and instrumentation used for blast monitoring and quantifying blasting results in the quarrying, mining and construction industries.

Paul Klarić, Technical Manager at DynoConsult. Mr. Klarić has nearly 20 years of experience in surface and underground mining. His expertise lies in various surface commodities in addition to underground hard rock, with sublevel caving and block/panel caving mining methods.
