Dyno Nobel offers a Graduate Program within its Manufacturing businesses, targeting Engineers. Working at a Dyno Nobel site is a great opportunity for exposure to both the mining and manufacturing industries while gaining hands-on engineering experience.
Our comprehensive graduate program focuses on your technical, professional and personal development. All graduates complete two site-based rotations during the two year program.
We are generally looking for engineering graduates from the following disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical.
Our graduates rotate through two of the following sites in Australia: Phosphate Hill, Moranbah, Moura, Mt Isa and Brisbane in Queensland and Geelong in Victoria.
As a Dyno Nobel graduate you will gain practical experience while learning about the business world. You will also receive valuable coaching and feedback on your performance. The program is a chance for you to work alongside and learn from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field. You will have the opportunity to be part of a site operations team where you'll be exposed to various areas of the business, including technical projects and research.
Dyno Nobel is currently looking at extending its Graduate Program to other areas.
